The January session addressed a critical issue affecting states across the nation: lobbying efforts to establish Bitcoin Strategic Reserves. Bitcoin billionaires are pushing for a taxpayer-funded Bitcoin exit strategy that amounts to a “take from the poor and give to the rich” scheme. Catherine was joined by financial planner Tim Caban of Copper Beech Advisors in Pennsylvania. Catherine and Tim reviewed these proposals, explained their dangers, and provide legislators with tools to push back. This discussion addressed the importance of legislators protecting their state and citizens’ land and real assets while effectively communicating their stance to constituents.
