The fight for financial transaction freedom is on. Below is an overview of the most important developments happening in the state of Tennessee.

SPECIAL MESSAGE

Before jumping into this week's update, we would like to restate why our most urgent concern is the specter of complete financial transaction control, which can facilitate a future general “taking” of all assets, including dollars and dollar-denominated assets as well as land, real estate, and other natural resources.. The push for total control through the weaponization of the financial system is affecting all of us - it is the fight for all the marbles. Losing it would be the end of human liberty.

How are you going to protect the financial transaction freedom of your state and its banks, businesses, and residents? This is the question before us—and it is your responsibility and yours to answer and address.

In this week's interview on the Solari Report, Professor Richard Werner - the world's leading scholar on central banking - reemphasizes the point that local banks and credit unions are the lifeblood of small and medium-sized enterprises and hence, thriving local and state economies. To engage your bank and encourage them to support state-level legislative initiatives, we have updated the Template Letter to Bank Re: Effect of CBDCs and Other Digital Control Mechanisms on My Financial Health.

Howdy!

Welcome to all the new folks who’ve signed up this week. If you’re not sure who your legislators are, go to this link and search your address.

This Week's New Call to Action (1/2)

HB2798 is back in committee this week & needs your continued support. As you may remember, this bill would require businesses that employ more than 6 people to accept cash for in-person transactions. This bill is up in House Banking & Consumer’s Affair Subcommittee on Tuesday at 130 Central. Please call or email committee members & ask that they vote YES on HB2798. You can read the full bill here: https://www.capitol.tn.gov/Bills/113/Bill/HB2798.pdf

This Week's New Call to Action (2/2)

Also up this week is HB2801. Currently in Tennessee code the State Veterinarian and the State Commissioner of Agriculture have the authority to “order tests or vaccinations of animals within the state or imported into the state for the purpose of protecting the health of animals in Tennessee.” HB2801 creates an opt out for farmers from having to vaccinate their livestock (should a vaccine be mandated) as long as the farmer was already not vaccinating livestock on his farm. Please contact the following members of the House Agricultural & Natural Resources Subcommittee and ask that they vote YES on HB2801 on Tuesday the 6th at 1030am Central.
