Our December Solari Briefing will take place on Thursday, December 11, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM Eastern. This special holiday briefing, part of the Solari 60-Day Cash Challenge, will focus on giving cash and gold or silver coins for Christmas—practical, meaningful gifts that can help strengthen local economies and keep cash in circulation.
Catherine Austin Fitts will open the discussion by sharing her inspiring “People Bank” story, followed by an outstanding lineup of guests:
- Stefan Gleason, Sound Money Defense League, on how to find a reputable coin dealer.
- Susan Luschas, on cash-related legislative updates from South Dakota.
- Representative Heather Scott, on the successful Cash Acceptance Bill in Idaho requiring government agencies to accept cash.
- Breeauna Sagdal, on the top cash stories of the year.
- Vanessa Biard, with an update on the cash situation in France.

Last week, we updated you on the FCC-backed bills that would strip local communities of control over their wireless infrastructure, fast-track antennas and towers in neighborhoods, and override local zoning and environmental review.
This Wednesday, December 3, HR 2289 and these six bills—HR 1343, 1588, 1665, 1681, 1731, and 6046—will be voted on by the House Energy & Commerce (E&C) Committee in Congress. HR 2289 will allow cell towers to be installed in front of your home and school and strip away local control. The six bills will accelerate cell towers in your community. If they pass the committee, they will be referred to the full House for a vote.
Today, please call and email your U.S. Representative, especially if they are on the committee (see https://energycommerce.house.gov/representatives), and contact the following six key House members. If the six key members vote against the bills, we expect there won’t be enough votes to pass the bills out of E&C. They need to hear from constituents and voters in large numbers.
Florida:

Rep Mike Rulli – 202-225-5705 Ryan.Culross@mail.house.gov
Virginia:
Rep Morgan Griffith – 202-225-3861 Davis.Michols@mail.house.gov
The message:
“Please oppose HR 2289, 1343, 1588, 1665, 1681, 1731 and 6046 because we don’t want cell towers installed in front of our homes, children’s bedrooms and our schools, and we don’t want big government in Washington DC stripping our local rights on if or where to install them.”
In case you are not a constituent, an example of what you can say:
“I am representing the interests of your constituents and because the Congress member sits on the Energy & Commerce Committee, their vote not only affects their constituents, but all Americans across the country, including me, my family, my friends and my community.”
Constituent calls are the most effective tool we have right now. Please spread the word and let us know what you hear during your calls to these offices.
In freedom,
The Solari Team
