The July briefing examined the rapid push for state-level digital transaction systems for gold holdings. The August briefing focused on the recent passage of the GENIUS (Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for U.S. Stablecoins) Act. Catherine and Tobi Maier, Esq. explored how stablecoins carry the same potential dangers as CBDCs. As Maier noted in his recent Solari article: 

“Programmable money is the key requirement for total control of human behavior....Stablecoins, like CBDCs, not only allow for the complete and permanent documentation of every transaction, however insignificant, but make it possible to allow or deny individual transactions remotely and automatically.”
