Beginning this month and continuing through the summer, we are pleased to open Solari’s monthly legislative briefings to the general public. These sessions are designed to support state legislators, elected officials, and engaged citizens working to preserve American freedoms.
Our next online briefing will be held on Thursday, May 8 from 2:00–4:00 pm ET. Catherine and Tim Caban will be joined by Breeauna Sagdal, Senior Writer and Policy Research Fellow for the Beef Initiative’s IATS Foundation. The foundation is dedicated to championing local food supply chains, private property rights, the rights of the individual, and limited government.
America stands at a critical tipping point. Recent federal initiatives, operating under the banner of “resilience” and “equity,” have centralized control over many aspects of American life—from local governance to private property rights. This Zoom session will explore how programs like the Justice40 Initiative, the Federal Plan for Equitable Long-Term Recovery and Resilience, and various executive orders have quietly shifted authority away from local communities and private citizens, using grant conditions and administrative mandates to enforce ideological compliance aligned with global governance goals.
Key discussion points:
- Learn more about the immediate risks these federal programs pose to American farmers, landowners, and local governments.
- Understand how contract law has been used to bypass the 10th Amendment and what may be required to preserve life, liberty, and property in the near future.
- Gain a better understanding of the interconnected policies impacting land use, water rights, food systems, disaster recovery, and personal freedoms—and why urgent engagement at every level is critical.
