One of our partner organizations, Citizens for Council for Health Freedom, is sounding the alarm against a new REAL ID action by the Biden administration via a proposed rule by the Transportation Security Administration. This is a “phased enforcement” of REAL ID, which is a push towards a “social credit system”.
The deadline for public comments is October 15. One or two sentences will suffice (e.g. REAL ID is unconstitutional. DHS has no power, authority or right to enforce it. REAL ID is a usurpation of states’ rights and individual rights.) Make your voice heard today and share this important message with your friends and family.
Beyond commercial airplanes, DHS says 464 federal agencies have the power to require REAL ID for “official purposes”, including the Smithsonian, NASA, National Parks, U.S. Capitol, and federal court houses. This Federal card that they claim is for security and freedom is actually intended to keep Americans under lock and key. DHS is already preparing to put it on phones as a mobile driver’s license (mDL) controlled remotely.
