Early voting for the primaries in TN begins this Friday (July 12th) and will run through July 27th with the Primary Day on August 1st. There are many elections across the state that will be decided in the Republican primary and we encourage you to research the candidates in your area. If you’re not sure what districts you live in, search your address here.
We mentioned in our newsletter last week that our Solari 2023 hero of the year, Senator Frank Niceley, has a primary challenger. We encourage anyone reading this to show Frank support, as he’s integral to the Solari mission in TN. If you don’t live in his district, you can reach out to anyone you know in Claiborne, Hancock, Union, Jefferson, Grainger, or Sevier counties and tell them about Frank. Senator Frank Niceley is a true statesman. While not one to die on a hill to prove a point, if he sees a way to be effective in protecting the state (even at personal cost to himself) he will do so. Frank is more than a politician, he’s salt of the earth, down home. It's not unusual to see him in his yard rendering lard with grandchildren, working the fields on his tractor, or drinking a beer on his porch with an injured kitten on his lap.
Frank is a man who owns his soul and votes his conscience and while it’s impossible to agree with someone 100% of the time, with Frank you know that his decisions are based on what he deems to be right, not on what someone has asked him to do. We ask that you support Frank in whatever way you can. Please join us in praying that all the TN elections put men of wisdom, integrity, and foresight into office.
