Thank you to everyone who joined us for our May Financial Transaction Freedom Briefing, Why Legislative Guardrails on Programmable Money Are Important and Urgent.
The discussion featured Catherine Austin Fitts, David Liechty, Carolyn Betts, and Dr. Jon Padfield and explored why legislative action is needed now to protect financial transaction freedom as digital financial infrastructure continues to expand. This briefing examined why legislative action is needed now to protect transactional freedom—to prevent the convergence of growing surveillance and legal and regulatory enforcement into complete central control of our money, financial assets, and transactions. Unless we do this, we will wake up in a financial system that has the power to shift control of fiscal policy from the legislative and executive branches of government to central banks and international organizations.
If you were unable to attend live or would like to revisit the discussion. the recording is now available here:

Thank you again to everyone who attended and to those who continue supporting efforts to preserve financial privacy, transactional freedom, and state-level protections against programmable money and related financial control systems.
We are also preparing our next Financial Transaction Freedom Briefing and will be sharing details on the June program soon. We look forward to continuing the conversation and hope you will join us for another timely discussion on the policies and technologies shaping the future of financial freedom.
In freedom,
