Howdy,
First off, let’s report the good news from last week. The Senate Commerce & Labor Committee passed three great bills out of committee. SB2737 requires the treasurer to put 1-3% of the rainy day fund into gold & silver & also makes gold and silver legal tender. SB2803 establishes a TN coin mint & SB2219 removes cbdc’s from the definition of money & deposit accounts. These bills still have to go through House Committees, but we’re feeling good about the progress!

House Bill 2801 that would allow farmer’s to opt out from having to vaccinate their livestock should the State Veterinarian or the State Commissioner of Agriculture ever mandate one will be back in the House Energy & Agriculture Committee this Wednesday at 9am.
